It is such a fun piece and will add an instant dash of glamour to any outfit. You just slip it on and all those glorious sequins and that fringe just fall perfectly into place. Love the cord that runs through the neckline - this allows you to leave it loose off the shoulder or cinch it in for a more true neckline.
