One of our favorites! Skirt has ties beneath each seam so you can "bubble" it or leave it long. Play with the variety of lengths! Leave it short in the front and long in the back, layer over a longer skirts, or wear over a hoop skirt for extra volume.

You can tie the dress behind your neck as a halter. If you need extra support, loop the ties through the back to relieve your neck.
