This is my Ladies or girls 14kt yellow gold cotton boll ring pave set with diamonds.
The outside area of the ring has a high polished finish on all sides.

The inside area where the cotton boll is white gold and filled with several pave set .02ct diamonds. The diamonds are very high quality brilliant, high color and high clarity diamonds. Total diamond weight is .25ct.

Actual size top of ring is 1/2" tall by 3/8" wide
