The glitter contained in the top gives a delicate 3D effect on the nails. However, if you prefer a smooth finish as possible, we recommend using a thin layer of Top # 003 on Top Brilliant HOLO.

Top has a dispersion layer. Wipe it with a dust-free cotton swab after curing. The top should be shaken vigorously before use to mix the glitter particles!
