The extra felt thickness and center foam reinforcement will keep the top of the foot well protected from slashes, blocked shots and any other impact that might occur. Lastly, the Tuuk Edge holder allows players to remove damaged or broken steel in seconds with its quick-release trigger, instead of having to replace the entire skate like lower-level models.
